Mayfair 2025 - Featured Pillar of Community

Friends of Friendship “Turtle” Park (FOFP) proudly salutes our Pillars of Community
Building Together, Shell by Shell

Today’s featured sponsor is Lavina Ramchandani!

Mom, real estate agent, foodie, AU Park resident, and proud sponsor of Mayfair—Lavina Ramchandani is a firm believer in her real estate mantra: "Love where you live."

A busy mom of a precocious three-year-old, Lavina spends countless hours at Turtle Park. But it’s more than just a playground to her—it’s a hub of connection and joy that she’s deeply committed to supporting.

Lavina’s passion for strong communities shines through in her real estate work, where she helps families find homes that fit their lives and values. Named one of Washingtonian Magazine's Best Agents and a Top Producer by Bethesda Magazine, she brings not only deep market knowledge but also genuine care to every client relationship.

Whether she’s attending a community event at Turtle Park or guiding clients through their next big move, Lavina is always working to strengthen the bonds that make the D.C. area feel like home.
